Brett spends the first part of the podcast by himself and takes the time to reflect on his first Father’s Day after his dad’s untimely passing last year. Then, thankfully, Erin Riley drops by to tell Brett a little about her story. Brett and Erin don’t really know each other, but found they have a lot of similar social anxieties and have a really great time talking about why it’s so hard to tell people what they’re actually feeling.
